All are invited to the annual Saint Maria Goretti Trunk-or-Treat celebration. Families with kids 13 years and under can register to have their kids trick-or-treat. Don’t have a “Trunkor-Treater” but want to give out treats, you are welcome to register and join in the fun!

5:30 pm – Parking Lot Opens

Volunteers will check in each registered vehicle as they arrive and assign them a place to park. Each vehicle will park with their trunk or tailgate open. Participants are welcome to decorate their vehicles and parking spots. Please be advised that, once your vehicle is parked, you will not be able to move your vehicle until all the children receive their treats. All vehicles must be in the Parking lot no later than 6:15 pm.

6:30 pm – Blessing in Church

Everyone is asked to meet in the church for a prayer service. Trunk-or-Treating will start after the service. Children in costumes will walk around the parking lot and get their treats.

7:00 pm – Food and Games in Goretti Hall

After the children receive their treats, everyone is invited to the hall for snacks, games and pumpkin decorating.
Your children can also donate a few pieces of candy to the Community Outreach Ministry. Donation baskets will be available in the north hall.

Please register for this event before Monday, October 13 by using the link below. Registering helps us plan for food and games.

Please check the October 18/19 bulletin for the number of registered children so you bring enough treats for everyone. Please call Kathy Hansen at 219-322-6124 with questions.
